Plastic wood construction method and precautions for floor installation:
1. Before installing WPC floor
a. From a professional perspective of installing the floor, before starting the installation work, it is necessary to keep the WPC floor dry, flat and clean, so that the subsequent installation work can be better ensured.
b. Prepare to install electric drills, common woodworking tools, gloves, stainless steel screws, etc. Electric drills are an indispensable tool for installing plastic wood flooring. Plastic wood flooring is relatively brittle. When fixing the floor and the keel, you must use a drill to guide the hole, and then install screws to prevent damage to the plastic wood floor.
2.WPC installation process
a.fixed plastic wood keel
The plastic wood keels are evenly arranged on the concrete floor, and the spacing between each is recommended to be 30cm. Use an electric drill to guide the hole on the keel. The diameter of the guide hole must not be less than the diameter of the screw. Then screw the screw into the drilled hole to fix the keel on the concrete floor. The nail head should be fully screwed into the keel. The layout is uneven.
b. Fix the first plastic-wood floor
There are yin and yang grooves on the left and right sides of each WPC floor. When paving the first floor, you can use woodworking tools to saw off or grind the sun grooves on the outside of the first floor, and then use an electric drill to guide the hole on the surface of the floor, screw it into the nail, and fix it on the keel. .
c. Fix the second plastic wood floor
Clamp the male groove of the second plastic wood floor to the female groove of the first floor, and then drill a drill hole on the side surface of the male groove of the second floor, and screw in the screw to fix it on the keel. During the installation process, it is controlled by the construction staff by themselves, so it is not necessary to be too dense, so as to ensure the firmness. The installation of the WPC floor follows the same method as before.
